Can a Pandemic Accelerate Dad-friendly Workplaces?

On 3 September, Coleen MacKinnon, Principal with consulting firm Inclusivity Quotient, and Rob Sturrock, advocate and author of Man Raises Boy, co-hosted an event exploring how to create more father-friendly workplaces during covid-19. A panel of working fathers from typically male-dominated industries discussed their experiences of working and caring for children during the pandemic. Blake Woodward from Suit Tie Stroller also shared results from his global dads survey.
